About the Graduate Learning Support Assistant Role: Full-time, long-term position through to the end of the academic year and potentially beyond Salary of up to £520 per week, based on experience Located in central Bradford, easily accessible by public transport Ideal for those aspiring to become SEN teachers, educational psychologists, or speech and language therapists Work directly with children in 1-2-1 and small group settings, supporting their academic and personal development Collaborate with specialist professionals, including educational psychologists and speech & language therapists, to develop student case studies Sociable working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday What We’re Looking for in You: The perfect candidate for this role will: Hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject) from a respected university Have a genuine passion for working with children, especially those with SEN Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students Possess strong emotional intelligence and be able to respond to a range of situations and personalities in the classroom You’ll be given the opportunity to work closely with students within the SEN program, helping them overcome learning barriers and succeed in their education.
