Job Description Due to continued success and growth, our award winning, multi-site Client, based in Du blin West/Dublin 22, is keen to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 12 month fixed term contrac t. Our Client is a well established employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites. The successful HR Officer (12 month FTC) will enjoy the fast pace and variety in dealing with a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, absence management, training and HR projects on engagement and wellbeing. The Role: Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working as part of an energised HR team Responsible for supporting resourcing, induction processes, probation, off boarding, retirement, HR KPIs, resolving payroll queries Assist managers in employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinary meetings etc Responsible for supporting and implementing engagement, communications and culture development initiatives on site Support wider HR initiatives and HR projects Advise on HR policies Coordinate, plan and deliver various training interventions. Assist in the formulations of training needs, scheduling and coordinating all training courses Support managers with performance management, absence management, problem solving, engagement etc Ensure all HR systems and information are accurate and well maintained The Person: CIPD membership or equivalent 3 rd Level qualification in HR, Business or equivalent Minimum of 2 years ’ experience in a similar HR role with exposure to employee relations and HR Operations Experience working in a busy, fast paced, production environment would be desirable, but not essential Excellent communication skills Good conflict resolution experience Highly developed organisation skills Full driving license, essential, as there will be a requirement to travel to various sites The Rewards: Excellent salary & benefits 12 month Fixed Term Contract role 25 days holidays plus stat days Flexible working Enhanced company pension scheme Free on-site car parking Continuous training and development Highly successful, expanding Organisation Free car parking For more information and to apply for this HR Officer job, contact Stephanie Mulholland at Hunter Savage.
