* Process Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of current short-term business travel processes, including data sources, end-to-end booking procedures, expense reporting, policy compliance, and potentially vendor management.
* Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the current process.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across different business areas to understand their needs and pain points related to business travel.
* Process Design: Develop and recommend an improved, optimised end-to-end process for short-term business travel, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging technology solutions where appropriate. Experience with PowerPoint is essential to document the "as-is" & "to-be" processes.
* Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of the new process, including communication, training, and change management initiatives which may include learning modules.

In this role, you will play a critical part in analysing our existing short-term business travel processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing a streamlined and efficient process for our employees. This is a 'hands-on' role requiring a proven understanding of project, programme and change management, as well as the complexity of international travel. We are looking for an individual with a background in HR, Global / Global Mobility Operations, International Travel or similar, who can demonstrate a track record of project management delivery and implementing sustainable change within short timeframes in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments.
