As our People Partner you will assist the Head of People in ensuring that we have a high performing efficient People Team that is responsive to the needs of the organisation and provides an outstanding customer focussed service to colleagues, from both an employee and a managerial perspective. You will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of measures that create a positive employee relations environment at all levels and support managers in managing any issues that arise in a fair and constructive manner. You will support Platfform to be a relationally healthy organisation, that has a clear focus on building relationships using restorative approaches and reflective practices in all staff meetings and all work interactions.
