Who likes to party, Chef de Partie...heyyyyy, hoooo!!! A Vagabond Chef de Partie is responsible for food preparation, hitting standards and positive vibes. Their primary duties include preparing food before meal service begins, setting up and stocking kitchen stations, plating cooked foods and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the food service delivery.
This venue will have a full 18hr a day offering with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options throughout. Alongside this, we will have a delicious array of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and soft drinks, all geared towards ensuring every guest enjoys their visit in a relaxed yet fast-paced environment.

Our guests' overall experience is in your hands and as such we are looking for Chef de Partie who has:
1. In-depth knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques
2. Organisational skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures
5. Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment
The Role:
1. Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant's opening and keeping standard set up throughout their shift
2. Owning your particular station and taking pride in all aspects of its running including keeping it clean, organised and fully stocked as per the Head Chef and Sous Chef's needs
3. Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
4. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with all food preparations required
5. Work in line with compliance and legislation at the end of each shift by wrapping unused items correctly, labeling and storing them in proper areas
6. Plating according to specs to maintain the brand standards
Any relevant qualifications such as Food Safety Level 2-3 are advantageous but not essential.
