Pastry chef's will be cooking for a Restaurant overseeing PDR and events within the offering. Head Pastry chef's will have a solid and progressivebackground and in classic cuisines all aboutflavourand simplicity, letting the ingredientsdo the talking. Head Pastry Chef's will lead a good and well versed brigade in the delivery and not just be a confident cook, knowledge of ingredients, regions and solid producers and suppliers will be the core for this. Head Pastry Chefs/ Sous Chefs will have a good overall cv and experience within top level( Michelin) Restaurants and or hotels and hopefully at 5 star level European cuisine is a must as well as being highly organised and great team leaders with motivation.
