Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing special educational needs (SEN) support to small groups of children, tailoring lessons to ensure they are inclusive and meet individual needs.
Working closely with the school team to implement positive behaviour management strategies, maintaining good classroom behaviour during lessons and smaller interventions.
Planning and delivering targeted SEND interventions, supporting social skills development, and monitoring the progress of students.
