Project Coordinator
Salary: £27 - 29K DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, No shifts
Position Type: Permanent

A leading Automotive company that is a leader in their field requires a Project Coordinator to join their team. They are a growing business and have recently opened a new manufacturing facility to mirror their growth and maximize production.
Duties of the Project Coordinator Position:
1. Review project specifications and recommend mix designs to the Sales Department to quote jobs.
2. Review production instructions and documentation.
3. Participate in pre-job bidding preparation.
4. Prepare submittals and tender responses.
5. Responsible for completing internal and external audits to the relevant standards.
6. Handle and provide solutions for project problems and complaints.
7. Coordination of internal and external build schedules and stakeholder meetings.
Job Requirements:
1. Good skills using Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
2. Be well-versed in maintaining and controlling Quality Management systems.
3. Have strong math, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
4. Have a valid Driver's License.
5. Make sound judgments in work methods and interpreting goals.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate new processes clearly and document critical aspects of the job.
