Conveyancing Legal Secretary
A Bournemouth office of a private practice law firm has a new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide support to conveyancing fee earners.
Previous experience is essential to be able to work, on occasions, independently on post exchange and completion matters whilst supporting on all elements from instruction.
The firm currently use a case management system and the conveyancing legal secretary will be responsible for registering new files, opening, administering and closing on the system with responsibility for preparing the appropriate billing to clients.
Excellent IT skills, MS Word and Office will be required together with case management experience. A good telephone manner and ability to perform in a team environment and independently, when required.
Salary to £26,000
