Outline of Role: This role is focused on managing energy monitoring across a portfolio of sites throughout the UK, ensuring the efficient operation of building services to maintain an optimal environment for both customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will proactively manage and troubleshoot site systems, including HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration, working closely with FM providers and leveraging BMS control systems such as RDM, Trend, and Siemens. Key responsibilities include addressing customer queries, performing remote system fixes, and producing comprehensive performance reports to enhance site and estate efficiency.
