Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering tailored support to students with various special educational needs. Provide one-on-one support to students during lessons and activities. Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment. Support the development of students' social skills and confidence. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff. Assist in the preparation of classroom activities and resources. Qualifications and Experience: No formal qualifications required; however, experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred. A compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude.
