National Sales Manager – Flooring products
Role
This is a high level National Sales Management position for a prominent Flooring product Manufacturer. You will have responsibility for a well established national team of Area Sales Managers. The range of products are all used within the preparation & application of Floors. Your sales team will sell to Flooring Contractors & specialist Flooring Distributors. The role will involve negotiating the Distribution agreements at National level within companies head offices. This years agreements have already been set so this will not be a big part of the role initially. Your division has a substantial turnover that has shown consistent growth. Although this is a National role, ideally you will be placed within Central UK and NOT in the extremes.

My client is looking for a high calibre, bright, dynamic sales manager with a stable career history who can clearly demonstrate success in selling through a form of Distribution. Whilst a link to flooring or associated products is a huge advantage, my client is open to consider proven sales managers from other product backgrounds, provided you can demonstrate success selling through Distribution. Stability, tenacity and a positive attitude are important.
