Updating and coding medical records, emails, and safeguarding information. Reception Duties Managing patient appointments, e-Consultations, and assigning workloads to clinicians. Providing a welcoming and helpful service to all patients. Prescription Processing Handling prescription requests, monitoring medications, and managing document workflows. Telephone Support Answering patient queries and calls, following established protocols. Ensuring patients receive the right advice or are directed to the appropriate team. Problem-Solving Supporting patients, doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals. Addressing any issues efficiently and professionally. Records & Data Management Organising and retrieving medical records, letters, and test results. Keeping patient information up to date on the system. Practice & Premises Support Opening and closing the practice, ensuring everything is set up for the day. Keeping waiting areas and consulting rooms tidy and well-stocked.
