As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career and develop into a senior management role over time.
Role Overview: In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales process and cycle, with a focus on both nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time on account management and 60% on new business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
6. Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events

1. Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the packaging or a related industry
2. Strong account management skills with a customer-focused approach
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

6. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
