About The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join our team. A Warehouse Operative is required to ensure the movement/rotation and collection of stock and packaging in line with the Production plan and adhering to company specifications. Wednesday - Saturday (Nights) 19:00 - 06:00 Your key responsibilities will include: To ensure stock is correctly picked in line with stock rotation and taken to the lines ensuring adherence to the production plan Maintain and improve full service to the factory to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time To ensure correct stock rotation, taking into account stock age and production requirements and highlight any areas of concern to the Line Leader To ensure all checks are correctly completed and all documentation is compliant with Company guidelines To ensure all pallet movements are correctly scanned onto the system through the audit process To ensure all products are scan picked and ensuring Adherence to the production plan and Company specifications To communicate any quality, technical or Health and safety issues To deputise for the Line Leader in their absence and ensure the continued efficiency of the team Comply with statutory Health and Safety obligations and the IPL Health and Safety policy What are we looking for? Proven experience of working within a fast moving environment is essential along with a willingness to work flexibly Previous manufacturing/factory/production/stock control/produce experience is desirable Valid FLT/PPT Licence – desirable Microsoft Office literate Entry level on both written and spoken English The ability to work quickly and methodically demonstrating good practical skills Good communication and team working skills The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks and follow instructions A ‘Can do’ attitude and proactive approach Good numeracy skills Manual Handling Trained and experience is desirable Health and Safety certification is desirable What's in it for you?
