We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Sector Business Development Specialist to join our team at Paritas Recruitment. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong commercial mindset, creativity, and the ability to build relationships with major financial institutions in the European energy sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of client interactions and business development, creating and developing partnerships and sales opportunities with customers in Europe, including GB and Ireland. This will involve building a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of major banks and financial advisors through regular contact with multiple stakeholders and building a strong network within key clients and partners.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of major banks and financial advisors.
* Build relationships with key clients and partners to identify new sales opportunities.
* Pitch offerings and make proposals to existing and potential customers.
* Use Salesforce CRM to ensure standard processes during sales stages and monitor your pipeline.
* Contribute to the development of new products and improve existing offerings.
Requirements

Desirable Skills
* Sales, business development, and client relationship experience, particularly in energy-related subscription sales.
* Understanding of business approaches, business development, and project management in transactions and energy project financing.
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Previous exposure to energy economics, power markets, and power networks.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
