Job Description
To work alongside the property department and reporting into an accounting supervisor, as part of the wider global Property and accounts teams, based at the groups head office in Shirebrook, Notts.
The candidate will be involved in processing accounting entries for all of our subsidiaries.
Job role includes, but not limited to:
4. Ensure completion of month-end processes within deadline.
5. Maintaining global property databases
6. Analysing prepayments and accruals against a budget.
7. To identify potential error’s and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
8. Ad-hoc project analysis and reporting
9. Support multiple departments across the business.
10. To work with external consultants on implementation of systems and improvements
11. Working as part of a team of 7 to process the monthly costs for all of our properties
Qualifications
12. Minimum 1/2 year’s experience in a finance role dealing with balance sheet reconciliations
13. Part qualified professional qualification
14. Hard working and willingness to learn is essential
15. Minimum intermediate excel skills and be confident with formula’s
16. Organised and determined to succeed.
