What You’ll Do
As a Cluster Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and managing a cluster of our Supported Living services. Your focus will be on ensuring outstanding care and compliance, driving best practices, and empowering both clients and team members. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience managing multiple sites and coordinating across different locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Building strong relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders.
Ensuring services remain safe, compliant, and effective.
Supporting the development of new services and overseeing service growth.
Managing support plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.
Handling recruitment, training, supervision, and development.
Overseeing finances, compliance, health & safety, and quality assurance.
Being part of the on-call rotation and supporting CQC inspections.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, values-driven leader who is passionate about making a difference.
Experience in health & social care, ideally in a leadership role with multi-site management experience.
Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable).
Commitment to person-centred care and best practices.
Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing needs.
Desirable: Full UK driver’s licence (expenses paid for business insurance if required).
Enhanced DBS Check (required).
