Are you passionate about making a real difference in your community? Do you believe in building lasting relationships and empowering others to thrive? At Trivallis, our ambitious new tenant services strategy is transforming how we support our communities. As a Community Safety Officer, you'll be at the heart of this exciting journey, ensuring our services are built around people, not processes. Team around the tenant At Trivallis, we’re committed to making each tenant feel supported by a team that works seamlessly together. With our “Team around the Tenant” approach, everyone involved in supporting our tenants—housing officers, support staff, and more—works collaboratively, focusing on the individual needs of each tenant. This means that instead of dealing with different departments separately, tenants experience a united team that listens, responds, and acts as one. It’s a simpler, more personal way to provide the support that matters, ensuring tenants feel valued and empowered. The role As a Community Safety Officer, you'll be a specialist who supports the business by managing anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, serious tenancy breaches and hate crime as part of your role. You will be based between the office and off site, and be expected to provide oversight, advice and support to staff engaged in the management of anti-social behaviour cases. You will also maintain a caseload and be responsible for the creation of legal documents, court files and to present cases at court. About you We're looking for someone who puts people first and embodies our values in every interaction; compassionate and proactive. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. You will have excellent knowledge of relevant legislation relating to the management of anti-social behaviour within a housing setting. You will have significant experience in a community safety or more complex enforcement role which requires multi-agency working. You will be able to use analytical and problem-solving skills to work on own initiative and manage own complex caseload with minimal supervision. You will have a good knowledge of safeguarding, victim centred and trauma informed practices and an awareness of adverse childhood experiences and complex needs. Please note a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. Why join Trivallis? At Trivallis, we’re more than just a landlord. We’re redefining what it means to support our communities.
