Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Service Desk team, ensuring top-quality end-user support through Jira ITSM. They will oversee platform operations on ServiceNow within AWS, ensuring stability, compliance, and a secure environment. Key responsibilities include managing incidents, requests, and problem records, maintaining SLAs and KPIs, implementing business continuity and incident response plans, and collaborating with MOD stakeholders, external vendors, and SOC partners.
Essential Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, ITIL certification, and experience with Jira ITSM, ServiceNow, and AWS. They will also have knowledge of MOD's SIAM framework and Defence Service Management Framework, as well as expertise in configuration management, security, and optimization.
