We are looking for a Paid Marketing Executive to join the Virgin MediaO2 digital team where you will be an active member of the Digital marketing team.
Digital marketing is an essential function within Virgin MediaO2 as in this role you will be looking after different elements within digital working across Paid Social, Programmatic Display activity for acquisition. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver innovative campaigns that meet performance objectives through a clear test-and-learn approach. On top of this, you will work closely with internal teams and key partners to improve our maturity with regards to data-driven marketing and automation.
You will be responsible for working across Display & Video 360 and Facebook Business Manager where you will be working closely with our Digital Managers to conceptualise, execute & review campaigns.
An understanding of GA360 is essential.
The must haves
* Experience of working within Display & Video 360 and Facebook Business Manager
* A working knowledge of TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter is advantageous
* Ideally 1 year of working within a digital marketing environment
* Ability to work in an agile environment with a fast-moving Digital team
* Good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel programmes
The other stuff we are looking for
* Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and ordered units
* Daily campaign optimisation using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and excel-based data analysis.
* Weekly analysis of channel performance and optimisation.
* Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of Senior Traders
* Actively take part in new product testing and implementation; proactively feedback to Digital Manager.
