THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for an Technical Manager, with a keen technical and commercial mind to proactively support our Wholesale Partners with servicing and maintenance of espresso equipment, as well as developing the technical department and team. Coffee experience is a must, as well as being familiar with the internal workings of espresso machines, grinders, boilers and brewers. You will be driven, extremely organised and committed to a customer-centric ethos. You will be full supported by the Head of Wholesale, but equally self-motivated and great at self management. The role is London-based but will require travel, as required. ABOUT YOU: - 2 years people management. - Confident managing technical issues with the internal workings of espresso machines, grinders, boilers and brewers. - Organised, thrives in proactive planning and scheduling. - Excellent knowledge of coffee and a hunger to learn more. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of attention to detail. - Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers. - Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
