Job Description As Customer Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee the seamless flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to customer delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for achieving customer service and delivery time goals within financial constraints, aligning with both marketing and financial objectives. Additionally, you will drive the execution and ongoing enhancement of key logistics processes, including replenishment systems, data interchange, demand management, electronic data administration, and related functions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with strategic customers through targeted logistics initiatives, while integrating insights from customers, competitors, operational teams, distribution, transportation, customer service, and industry best practices to continuously strengthen our competitive position. Based at RAF Marham in Norfolk, this role is dedicated to ensuring safety, security, and compliance within the Customs Warehouse (CW). It plays a vital part in supporting the broader compliance efforts, not only within the Customs Warehouse at RAF Marham but also in maintaining Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status. The F35 Customs Compliance coordinator serves as the oversight for all in-bound and out-bound process activity within authorised timelines in relation to the LMUK Customs Warehouse Authorisation. Ensuring all Warehouse staff are adhering to set processes and HMRC regulations. Ensure all transactions are correctly adhered to using the program ALIS system Work closely with all key stakeholders, such as Field Service Reps (FSRs), Customs Compliance Supervisors and RAF SNCOs to maintain effective communication Maintain Quality Assurance and Safety in the Warehouse. Coordinate any physical Logistics for processing transactions in a timely manner and ensure full support for the wider Customs Compliance Team. Ensure that movement of LM goods domestically and internationally are completed in accordance with Asset Movement Requests (inclusive of disposals, ASP, DSP, BSP) and produce shipping docs if applicable. When required, follow bespoke processes to ensure that Ejection Seat movements are processed correctly. Initiate Stocktaking discrepancy investigations and ensure any physical aspects of reporting process are executed. Liaise with stakeholders for any Op/Ex activity, attending any relevant briefs. Required skills, qualifications and experience Be able to report statistics and audit. be able to perform accurate analysis of data within spreadsheets and databases in line with regulatory policy and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of Logistics in a Military environment Understanding of the F-35 Lightning II systems and Customs policies. Attention to detail and be able to determine discrepancies between import records and procedures. Intermediate level – Microsoft Excel.
