SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Hybrid Executive Assistant/Project Administrator to be based with one of our clients in Nottingham City Centre, this will be ongoing for the next 3 - 6 months.
It is essential you have a strong Executive Assistant/Administration background and can come in and hit the ground running for our client.
You will work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Working Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Flexible working available).
Main duties will include:
1. Translate meeting discussions into relevant content that can be understood by all and follows RAID principles.
2. Have a good understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to keep to the set timelines, and chase stakeholders when needed.
3. Co-ordinate, minute, and potentially chair large project meetings.
4. Review and drive process improvements, helping to implement new processes to improve efficiencies within the function.
5. Support the management and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
6. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are on track.
7. Assist with research, data collection, and report generation as required for various projects.
8. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
9. Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
10. Ensure that all necessary materials are prepared for meetings (agendas, documents, etc.).
Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
