We are looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a three-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
About the Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure our workplace is safe, efficient, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the building including roofing inspections and repairs and ensuring that systems e.g. HVAC, electrical, and pluming are functioning.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination of planned building maintenance, routine inspections and ensure any necessary repairs are completed promptly and effectively

Manage vendor contracts for cleaning, security, and maintenance services
*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
*
Coordinate office space planning, moves, and renovations
*
Support emergency preparedness plans and security measures
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar role

Knowledge of health and safety regulations
*
Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
