Special Projects Technician
Location: Tuthill, Oxfordshire, UK

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and responsible Special Projects Technician to join our team. As part of the Special Projects team, you will play a key role in building bespoke road cars to the highest level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building full vehicles, classic to new build
2. Assembling cars to the required standard
3. Ensuring timely delivery
4. Following build quality control processes
5. Problem solving and diagnosing faults with minimum supervision
6. Complying with all safe systems of work processes in an automotive assembly environment
7. Working with a team of technicians on a range of projects
8. Consulting on and resolving build and quality issues as they arise
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous car build experience is essential, restoration work is desirable
2. Experience working on Porsches of all ages and types would be an advantage
3. Building of bespoke cars to an extremely high level
4. Excellent workshop knowledge & technical skills
5. High attention to detail
6. The ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
7. Good communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
8. Be flexible and possess a good sense of humour
9. Be able to manage your time and prioritise your workload
10. Full Driving Licence
11. Excellent work ethic

2. Strong Team-worker with the ability to thrive in a small, closely-knit, and dedicated team
3. Excellent organisational skills
4. Flexibility – being prepared to work longer hours when/if occasionally required
