About the Role:
This exciting opportunity exists within our Selly Park accommodation project, where you will provide tenancy-related support to homeless ex-offenders.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centered support to our clients, enabling them to resettle back into the community and lead fulfilled lives.
You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve this goal, maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to ex-offenders, addressing their unique needs and challenges
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized support plans, promoting independence and self-sufficiency
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational standards and regulations
* Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our clients
Requirements:
* Experience working with vulnerable populations, including ex-offenders and individuals with complex needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with service users
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role

We offer a competitive salary of £11.12 per hour, plus additional pay for sleep-ins (£88.57 per sleep-in).
