Job summary We're looking for a motivated, engaged and driven project manager to join our team to make a real difference to our cancer waiting times and make improvements to treatment variation within the Medicine Division. This role will have a direct impact on improving outcomes and experience of care for our patients, so we're looking for someone who can put the patient at the heat of everything they do. Main duties of the job The Cancer Performance & Improvement Manager will work closely with colleagues in the Medicine Division, as well as collaboratively across divisions, specialties and the Cancer Services Team to support sustainable delivery of cancer waiting time targets. This role will support identification of root causes, collation of action plans in conjunction with MDTs and implementation of initiatives to support the division.
