We are currently seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
2. Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
3. Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
4. Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
5. Maintain and update financial records in Sage.
6. Process employee expenses, timesheets, and payroll.
7. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and customers to resolve financial queries.
8. Support with month-end and year-end closing activities.
9. Assist with general administration tasks.
The above tasks are a general guide to responsibilities; however, due to the nature of the industry we are in, there will be additional tasks that are not documented.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar finance role.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
3. Proficiency in Sage (accounting software).
4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
