We are looking for an experienced and skilled Site Carpenter to join our team. Supporting our projects across our Southern region mainly working in and around Dorset. You will play a key role in constructing, installing, and maintaining high-quality structures on our building sites, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within deadlines. If you’re passionate about craftsmanship, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Constructing, assembling, and installing timber frameworks, doors, windows, staircases, and partitions. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans. Carrying out repairs and maintenance on existing structures. Installing skirting boards, architraves, door frames, and flooring. Working collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience as a site carpenter. NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. The ability to work from technical drawings and plans. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A valid CSCS card (essential).
