James Hare Ltd in Leeds are recruiting for an Apprentice Front of House Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
The ideal applicant will be trained to carry out a variety of tasks, including:
• General paperwork
• Dealing with customer emails
• Using appropriate communication skills
• Handling complaints
• Problem solving
• Use of IT to meet the requirements of the business
• Organising own workload
• Work to meet deadlines

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid), 40 hours per week
