IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, software troubleshooting, and system administration, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to end-users for software and hardware issues.
* Configure and maintain firewall settings to enhance network security.
* Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Administer IT systems, including Active Directory, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting.
* Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication.
* Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence.
Core Technical Skills
* Install and configure IT hardware and software.
* Proficient in Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 and above).
* Experience with Windows Server environments (2012 R2 and later).
* Strong understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Experience with Exchange, Office 365, and PowerShell.

Preferred Experience And Certifications

* Microsoft Azure implementation and certification.
* Proficiency in Hyper-V configuration and management.
* Deploy and manage antivirus, backup, and firewall solutions.
* Awareness of cybersecurity practices and GDPR compliance.
