The Team & Focus of the Role We are on the lookout for our new Administrator to join our creative and innovative Business Development & Communications team You’ll be joining a team of Marketing Managers, Digital Managers, Social Media Executives and PR Leads. The role involves administrative support for Fisher German initiatives including the website, eMarketing, events and our intranet as well as general administrative tasks for the team such as booking meetings and raising purchase orders. Creative skills or previous experience working in a marketing team would be a benefit, as some tasks/activities will involve creative input. We operate a hybrid working policy and this role will be based from our Head Office in Ashby de la Zouch. We’re happy to accommodate working hours between 30 and 37.5 hours a week as long as our core hours of 10am - 4pm are covered. Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include: General administrative tasks: Booking meetings and meeting rooms Organising key client meetings / BD&C team meetings and recording of BD&C team actions Collation of Performance Reporting (KPI, ROI, Bid Stats, BD conversion rates) Recording of KAM programme actions and chasing RM’s for updates Weekly/Monthly check on new starters and leavers to inform wider team of impact to brochures / website Raising invoices and purchase orders Digital marketing: Log and redirect website enquiries as appropriate and process website registrations Process general enquiries received centrally such as data updates/opt in, opt out etc Manage Fisher German website feeds (IRIS, case studies) liaising with colleagues as necessary Manage uploads to external platforms such as issuu Undertake housekeeping tasks to ensure data is kept current and GDPR compliant Process returns from central mailings Produce reports on eMarketing campaigns as requested Marketing: Simple formatting of presentations and word documents that have been set up in the brand templates Updating content in existing presentations to adhere with brand guidelines Collation of client feedback Liaising with external design agency for updates to existing adverts such as office phone numbers Support with central marketing events, such as booking forms, securing venues and ticket registration The successful candidate will have Great organisational skills Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills A highly proactive nature, with an expert eye for detail Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Strong focus on accuracy in data handling Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; able to work individually and as part of a team Excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience or interest in marketing / communications beneficial Why Fisher German?
