Your road to success
This role is vital, delivering the highest possible level of service to the field-based sales team, across a variety of sales channels, the campaigns manager, customers, and dealers by acting as an intermediary, advisor, product specialist, and administrator. By efficiently and accurately providing quotes, pricing, and administrative support, you will be instrumental in efforts to maximize our opportunities to win new customers and retain existing ones. You can do this as a Sales Support Account Executive with full focus on:
1. Taking responsibility for processing fleet finance proposals including necessary quotations and pricing. Working with the pricing and risk department to ensure accurate RVs are used and all remarketing considerations are factored into new business proposals.
2. Communicating clearly and efficiently to proactively work with the sales team to provide quotations, rate books, and support with tender requirements in an efficient manner and in line with commercial and operational objectives.
3. Responding efficiently and professionally to incoming calls/emails and providing rapid responses to the sales team’s queries and requirements.
4. Accurately processing customer orders, working closely with the vehicle purchasing department to ensure that ordered vehicles match customer requirements.
5. Fostering cross-departmental collaboration in order to generate greater efficiencies within the organization and improved outcomes for customers.
6. Assisting the Sales Support and Implementation Manager in the efficient running of the Specialist channel Sales Support department including reporting on department performance. You will become an authority on fleet and automotive sectors for the specialist sales channel and internally manage a small number of customer accounts.

* Sound understanding of finance industry legislation including FCA Principles, Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act, and Anti-Money Laundering will be provided but prior knowledge is advantageous
* Knowledge of Fleet and leasing products and principles is also preferable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner and strong communication and negotiation skills
