An exciting opportunity has arisen within Admiral Money for a Junior Risk Change Analyst. The primary focus of the role is to support the delivery of Risk and Pricing change plans. This involves regular changes to our decision engine rulesets. They will also help with the onboarding of new partners, monitoring and refining existing integrations, supporting strategic projects, and identifying opportunities to improve system efficiencies.
The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing and evolving business area within Admiral Money, with an opportunity to make a real impact on the strength of our customer journeys, risk selection capabilities, and speed of change.

The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Progressing Risk and Pricing change requests through to implementation. This includes documenting the business challenge or issue, working collaboratively with stakeholders on identifying a solution, assessing impacts on all business areas, making the required changes (where possible), testing, deploying, and post-live checks
2. Following Risk and Pricing system processes and identifying improvements/enhancements
3. Ensure system/decisioning documentation is clear, accurate and up to date
4. Supporting strategic projects by acting as a key facilitator between the Risk, Pricing, Fulfilment, Product and Tech teams
About You
No prior knowledge is required for this role and full training will be provided.
You will be highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail and be able to use your problem-solving skills to drive business value, with skills of:
5. Strong attention to detail and a logical approach
6. Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
7. The ability to manage and prioritise multiple pieces of work concurrently, and interact with a range of stakeholders across different teams within Admiral Money and third parties
8. Knowledgeable Excel user, with experience of building and maintaining functions such as VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs and COUNTIFs
9. Be an effective communicator with all levels of staff, verbal and written
10. Flexible and adaptable approach to work as process/systems evolve
11. Excellent listening and analytical skills to understand and process information in a relatively short space of time, and applying what has been learnt in given situations
12. An understanding of computing programming styles and languages is beneficial, but not essential
