Responsibilities
* Always follow the Snowsport Code of Conduct.
* Understand and apply the emergency procedures of the Ski Centre.
* Work effectively with colleagues and management.
* Instruct skiing and/or snowboarding.
* Maintain class control and promote safety rules and regulations.
* Maintain a safe learning environment.
* Assess students’ abilities and use appropriate terrain.
* Tailor each lesson based on students’ goals and needs.
* Provide a fun and interactive learning environment.
* Recognize changing slope conditions and understand how they may affect your approach.
