An exciting opportunity for a Quality Administration Apprentice to join PM Group working for us in our vibrant Birmingham office.
Job Title: Quality Administration Apprentice
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full time - Permanent
Responsibilities
Reporting into the UK Head of Quality, you will undertake a wide range of tasks that focus around ensuring the business complies with its well-established Quality standards and procedures. The role involves providing support with Internal Audits, working with third parties on External Audits, preparing reports, and working with others to resolve issues found in audits.
Additional training via a Level 4 Apprenticeship and overall personal and career development will be supported for the role holder.
Qualifications
1. 5 GCSE’s (including Maths and English) and 2 A Levels (or equivalent).
2. Demonstrates ability to communicate professionally and clearly both written and verbally, with people of all levels.
3. Displays a positive, proactive, flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.
4. Demonstrates good organisational skills, ability to prioritise competing demands and work accurately to tight deadlines.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Demonstrates competent use of Microsoft Office.
