Job Description Facilities Manager – Central London, to £48k plus travel card, healthcare, pension etc Our client, an FM services company, is recruiting an experienced Portfolio/ Mobile FM to manage FM services delivered to a portfolio of commercial, multi-tenanted office building and retail properties in the West End and city. You will visit sites, audit and manage FM sub-contractor performance, ensure H&S building compliance and manage refurbishment and improvement projects. You will manage the relationship with the property agent/ landlord’s representative and work ‘implanted’ within their client’s business, working closely with surveyors and estate and property managers as well as the with corporate tenants. You will gain exposure to all elements of property management including hard and soft FM contract management and service charge budgets.
