Key Responsibilities include: Overseeing and responsible for the creative, studio, campaign & graphic design team, the Creative Manager will drive continuous creative work across visual touch points that drive, maintain & retain customer interest in the brand. The Creative Manager will create vision to end results across BAU, ecommerce and campaign drops, whilst maintaining the brands image and tone of voice Looking after all creative assets to feed out across the site and to marketing channels, including TV, OOH, Paid Social, PMAX, Affiliates, Student Activity and Events. Organising the delivery of all assets across launches for all touch points. The Creative Manager will be responsible for communicating key dates for launches and timelines attached to activity to the wider business and relevant departments. Working with high level talent on partnerships for hero campaign drops. Maintaining relationships and communication between brand and talent. Analysing and reporting on Brand activity, competitor positioning and activity to Senior Leadership, as well as reporting on consumer trends, shopping behaviour and popular culture, with recommendations from findings and seeking opportunities appropriate to the brand. Briefing, designing and signing off weekly website updates working from sales data to optimise and drive the customer journey tailored to results. Maintaining relationships with key agencies, vendors and third party affiliations for the brand.
