Job Description
We are looking for a Unit Manager or Senior Nurse to work for a home that provides care for the Elderly. You must be RGN qualified. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience, such as a Head of Unit or Clinical Lead, looking to take the next step in their career progression.
As Deputy Manager, you'll be wholly responsible for:
1. Planning, directing, and managing the clinical services.
2. Developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the General Manager.
