Our client is a well established manufacturing company situated on the outskirts of Belfast. They are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
This role advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes, including case management. You will work directly with managers to provide policy and process support and advice across the full range of employee lifecycle process.
Responsibilities:
* Work within established HR policies and processes to achieve specified goals
* Contribute to drafting HR processes and tools, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements
* Resolve queries from employees by providing information on complex processes and related policies
* Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, an improvement of business performance
* Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual Employee Relations cases; support managers at formal hearings
* Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and uses expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes
* Build effective working relationships within internal clients,, delivering high quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues
* Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education
Criteria:
* CIPD / HR qualification (or related) OR previous relevant HR experience
* A self-starter who has the ability to deliver excellent results.
* Detail-oriented and the ability to provide high levels of accuracy in all work.
* Previous experience in a production / engineering environment is highly desirable
Salary on offer is in the region of £32-35k .
