Location: Glenfield Job Type: Temporary, Hybrid (until mid-June) Working Hours: 37 hours per week We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Children and Family Services team on a temporary basis. This role is essential for providing high-quality database support, managing referral processes, and offering clerical family responses. The ideal candidate will be flexible, cooperative, and committed to safeguarding and supporting colleagues and clients. Day-to-day of the role: Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion. Perform database entry tasks, manage case notes, upload documents, and send correspondence within given timelines and to a high standard. Contact parents/carers, referrers, and other agencies as directed to clarify or seek additional information. Raise invoices and purchase order numbers Manage large volumes of data on excel Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in database management and clerical support within a similar setting. Strong proficiency in various IT systems and excel Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Experience in customer service and handling enquiries. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate.
