Salary: National from £25,000 to £31,500 and London £27,500 to £34,000, salary offered will be based on skills and experience

The team/department
The Enforcement Market Oversight Operational Excellence Team is a new team within the Enforcement, Intelligence, Specialist Services Directorate. The team will comprise of the Knowledge and Learning, and the Enforcement Operation teams, a group of friendly people that underpins Enforcement and Market Oversight activities equipping colleagues with the tools they need to do their jobs to an excellent standard.
What you will be doing (the role)
1. Providing administrative support to the team and performing the role of administrator and coordinator for knowledge sharing groups.
2. Assisting in delivery of core technical training to investigators by arranging internal SMEs, assessors and course participants, prioritising participants to ensure they are trained within time guidelines.
3. Providing support when required across the department and to the Head of Department.
4. Coordination and publication of monthly knowledge communications.
5. Maintaining records, diary management, dealing with incoming invoices and minute taking.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a corporate environment with experience of Knowledge and Learning and Operations tasks.

The skills and experience you will have
Minimum
1. A great track record as an administrator in a corporate setting.
2. Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders.
3. Experience managing key administrative tasks in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
4. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work in a structured way to a high standard against tight deadlines.
5. Flexibility to get involved in the varied workstreams of the whole team if required.
6. Strong relationship skills and a strong team player.
7. Able to cope with and quickly resolve a range of administrative issues.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
9. Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
