Customer Service Administrator
£13-£15 p/h
3 month temporary position
My client is a Beverages Service based in London. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary position Monday-Friday. You will be required to provide the best possible service to customers and help the business succeed by going above and beyond to satisfy their needs and meet their expectations in a timely manner.
What you’ll do:
1. Being the first point of contact for answering customer queries and concerns
2. Reviewing and raising tickets accordingly
3. Submitting customer orders within the CRM system
4. Liaising with the warehouse to confirm processing of orders, dispatching, and customer invoices
5. Providing product recommendations
6. Feeding issues back to the wider business and responding to customer reviews
7. Providing ad-hoc support
Skills required:
1. Proactive ‘can do’ approach
2. Ability to problem-solve
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Knowledge of products and services
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure
