This versatile role involves providing 1:1 and small group support, ensuring that each student receives the attention and encouragement they need to thrive. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse age range, from primary to secondary school students, adapting your approach to meet their varying needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide academic support in lessons across all subjects.
\nProvide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them to engage and progress in their learning.\nSupport classroom activities, working closely with teachers to enhance the educational experience.\nEncourage and motivate students, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.\nHelp plan and organise sports events, activities, and projects.\nMonitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.\nCollaborate with staff to ensure the well-being and safety of all students during activities.Requirements:\n\nA passion for sports and working with young people.\nAbility to engage and motivate students of different ages and abilities.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nFlexibility and adaptability to work across various age ranges and settings.\nA proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to making a difference.\nRelevant qualifications or training in sports, education, or child development is an advantage.\nHold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply.
