This opportunity will give you chance to develop and enhance your teaching skills. You will gain full training and mentorship from experienced Teachers and TAs so that you can make a positive impact to children’s learning. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Support individual pupils and small groups, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their potential. Prepare classroom resources and materials, ensuring the classroom is engaging and safe. Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents. Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Build positive relationships with all children and staff in the school. What We Are Looking For: A recent graduate with a passion for working with children. Any graduate degree will be considered, provided your skills are suitable and transferable to the role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude, patience, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
