Weekly paid hours available for an empathetic and experience support worker within Burton-on-Trent!
You will be working nights in a location in the centre of Burton that boasts excellent public transport links. The residents undertake a programme of recovery that lasts up to 16 weeks and involves a fantastic support structure that would be supplemented by you!
This role involves no personal care or moving and handling duties as the residents are independent in that respect. Instead you will be following their recovery programmes and providing positive reinforcement to help them through their journey. You will provide emotional and mental support as someone who they can talk to about their experience.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12 months, or registered on the update service.
- Up to date mandatory training certificates
- Full up-to-date CV
- A minimum of 3 months experience working within a support role
- A referenceable work history
- A empathetic and bubbly personality

You will be working from 19:00 to 07:00 with hours available on various days through the week.
You will be paid £12.00 per hour
