As a Regional Sales Manager, you will represent our client's industry-leading products and services while fostering strong relationships with existing and new customers. You'll be instrumental in supporting clients during the design phases of projects, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of mechanical and electrical systems. You will be based in the northern region, and consistently on the road, winning new business and building relationships. Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers. Develop new business opportunities and forge strong client connections. Support project design phases to incorporate our client's products and services. Negotiate and agree on technical and service scopes for tenders and bids. Collaborate with the tendering team and sub-contractors to deliver comprehensive turnkey solutions. Drive sales growth through a consultative approach and innovative thinking. Essential Skills: Passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience using CRM systems. Contractual awareness; knowledge of NEC contracts is preferred. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Detail-oriented with the ability to review project scopes and commercial conditions. Creative problem-solving skills and a confident, proactive approach. Experience & Qualifications Proven track record in project and equipment sales within the mechanical engineering or construction sector. Experience in the water flow control sector is desirable. Familiarity with both private (B2B) and public sector clients. Relevant qualifications in business or engineering are advantageous but not essential.
