Job Title: Land Ceptor Physical Domain ISS Lead
Salary: up to £55K dependent on experience
Location: Stevenage or Bristol (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual National with British Citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
The opportunity:
As the focal point within the Land Ceptor Physical Domain team you will be responsible for all aspects of the team's SDA (system design authority) activities to provide in-service support to our Customers.
You will act as the key interface to our internal customer support solutions team to ensure In Service Support problems and queries are supported. Typical activities include:
1. Oversight and management of the Land Ceptor ISS Helpdesk
2. Co-ordination of tasks resulting from helpdesk queries
3. Support to, or direct involvement in ISS related tasks
4. Attendance at CSS led co-ordination meetings
5. Attendance at Customer workshops
6. Oversight of obsolescence management process
7. Key stakeholder at ISS non-conformance panels
This role offers growth as export contracts also start to enter the in-service phase.

1. A highly motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team whilst managing the priorities of a number of varied tasks in the context of a bigger picture
2. Organised and methodical in approach
3. Able to form strong working relationships across a wide number of stakeholders
4. Experience of working with UK army desirable but not essential
