Your role: You will play a critical role in executing our multi-platform video strategy supporting the Director of Video. You will own the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution across all operational aspects. From overseeing the safety of shoots and managing facilities to negotiating payments and rights management, you'll be the glue that holds our video production efforts together. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our video operations. Day to day you will: - Production Management: Lead end-to-end video production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards. - Operational Leadership : Implement streamlined processes for production, ensuring efficient workflows, resource management, and clear communication between teams. - Budgets and Schedules: Oversee the allocation of budgets and set the production schedules across all video production. - Health & Safety: Enforce industry-standard health and safety protocols on all shoots, guaranteeing safe environments for talent and crew across diverse locations. - Video Equipment Management: Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and deployment of cutting-edge video equipment, ensuring that all technical needs are met to produce high-quality content. - People & Crew Management: Recruit, manage, and lead production teams, from camera operators to post-production editors, ensuring high performance and collaboration on set and in the office. - Payments & Negotiations: Handle payments and negotiate rates with contractors, talent, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective production without compromising on quality. - Rights & Licensing Management : Manage content rights, licensing agreements, and intellectual property issues, ensuring that all video content complies with legal standards and maximises monetization opportunities. - Cross-Platform Execution : Work with the creative and distribution teams to ensure that video content is optimised for various digital platforms, including social media, streaming, and web-based outlets. - Industry Knowledge : Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in video production, ensuring that the brand remains competitive and compliant.
